Overview
Integration Access Management in Portkey enables Organization administrators to control whether workspace managers can create, update, and delete integrations, MCP integrations, and MCP servers within their workspaces. Organization owners and admins always retain full access.Accessing Integration Management
- Navigate to Admin Settings in the Portkey dashboard
- Select the Security tab from the left sidebar
- Locate the Integration Management section
Permission Settings
The Integration Management section provides three permission options:| Permission | Description |

| Managers Write Workspace Integrations | Allow workspace managers to create, update, and delete AI integrations within their workspace |
| Managers Write MCP Integrations | Allow workspace managers to create, update, and delete MCP integrations within their workspace |
| Managers Write MCP Servers | Allow workspace managers to create, update, and delete MCP servers within their workspace |
Organization Owners and Admins always have full access to integrations regardless of these settings.
Workspace-Level Overrides
Integration access permissions support workspace-level overrides, allowing you to configure different settings per workspace. When workspace-level overrides are enabled:- Each workspace can have its own
managersWriteWsIntegrations,managersWriteWsMcpIntegrations, andmanagersWriteMcpServerssettings - Workspace settings take precedence over organization-level settings
- Enable the Allow workspace-level configuration toggle for the relevant integration type in the Security settings
- Navigate to the specific workspace settings to configure per-workspace access
